Create, edit, and delete playlists in Music on Mac

You can create playlists to adapt specific moods, to organize songs with a sure theme, or to group songs you desire to burn to a CD.

Playlists you create have the Playlist icon next to them.

Create an empty playlist

In the Music app on your Mac, cull File > New > Playlist.

The new playlist appears in the sidebar on the left, below Playlists.
Type a name for the playlist.

Add items to a playlist

In the Music app on your Mac, click Mind Now, Scan, or any choice below Library in the sidebar to see songs you want to add to your playlist.
